Attendance Initiative
Hello Simmons-Pinckney Middle School Parents!
We are excited to launch the Student Attendance Incentive Program to encourage consistent attendance and active engagement in learning!
Parents and guardians must complete the registration process before a student can receive the incentive. After completing the registration, you will receive an invitation from Bill.com. Registering for Bill.com is necessary, as it is the only method to receive weekly incentive payments.
Tax forms (IRS reporting)
To comply with IRS reporting regulations, parents/guardians who receive incentive payments must submit one of the following:
- W-9 Form — for U.S. persons
- W-8BEN Form — for non-U.S. persons
How to sign up
- Download the Attendance Incentive Program Forms (links below).
- Complete the packet and email it to wsf@charleston.k12.sc.us.
- OR attend the registration workshop on November 21 to register in person.
Your principal will send additional information and specific instructions for registering with Bill.com. If you have questions, contact the school or email wsf@charleston.k12.sc.us.

Registration Workshop
Join us on November 21 for an on-site workshop to complete registration and ask questions. Check with your principal for the time and location at your school.
If you cannot attend the workshop, please submit the packet via email to ensure timely processing.
