Student Artwork

All grade levels contributed their piece to create a Mona Lisa Collaborative Mural. Students learned scale and accuracy through the grid drawing technique which allows them to combine math and visualization to replicate proportions. Students worked on their "piece" alone, treating it as its own mini piece of abstract art, and combined them to build it over time. Kudos Simmons Pinckney Artists!
